• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days (USA). International orders may take longer.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Clearance and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return Process:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your item, we will process the return within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds:

3. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you have an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
